Someone who has worked as a 360 consultant for at least 3 years within any sector (except healthcare) 2. Billing a minimum of £100k plus per year 3. Cold calling business development experience and the ability to win new business 4. To have stayed with an employer for a minimum of 18 months in all of your recruitment roles Sound good?
