Electrical Quantity Surveyor Wolverhampton | All Levels | Projects up to £5m A well-established, family-run Electrical contractor based in Wolverhampton is looking to appoint an Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. The business delivers large-scale commercial and industrial projects across the UK, with individual project values up to £5 million. Due to continued growth and a strong forward order book, they are open to Quantity Surveyors at all levels, from Assistant through to Senior. The Role: You will play a key role in the commercial management of electrical packages across multiple projects, supporting delivery teams from pre-construction through to final account. Key responsibilities include: * Commercial management of electrical projects from award to final account * Preparing and managing valuations, variations, and cost reports * Subcontractor procurement, payments, and account management * Cost forecasting and cash flow management * Supporting tendering and pre-construction where required * Working closely with Contracts Managers and Project Teams * Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and commercial targets Requirements: * Background in Electrical / Building Services Quantity Surveying * Experience within commercial or industrial projects preferred * Open to Assistant, Intermediate, or Senior level candidates * Strong numerical and analytical skills * Good communication and stakeholder management ability * Relevant construction / quantity surveying qualification (preferred but not essential) What’s on Offer: * Permanent role based in Wolverhampton * Competitive salary depending on experience and level * Clear progression path within a stable, family-run business * Exposure to large, technically interesting projects up to £5m * Supportive commercial team and long-term job security This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Quantity Surveyor looking to join a well-established contractor, gain exposure to high-value projects, and progress their career within a supportive environment
