Ascot | £13.50–£15.00 per hour | Full-time | Days, Nights & Sleep-ins Looking for a full-time Support Worker role in children’s residential care? We are currently hiring experienced Level 3 Residential Support Workers for permanent positions in the Ascot area. You will be working within children’s residential homes, supporting young people with day-to-day care, routines and emotional support. Key Responsibilities • Provide day-to-day care and emotional support to children and young people • Support routines, activities and daily structure • Build positive and respectful relationships • Assist with personal care where required • Follow care plans, behaviour plans and risk assessments • Ensure safeguarding and safety at all times • Administer medication and first aid where required • Maintain accurate records including daily logs and reports • Support the home environment with general household tasks • Work as part of a team within the residential setting Requirements • Experience as a Support Worker, Residential Support Worker or Care Assistant • Experience within children’s residential care / children’s homes • Level 3 qualification in Children & Young People (or equivalent) – essential • Understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality • Calm, patient and reliable approach • Able to work full-time shifts including days, nights and sleep-ins • Driving licence preferred • Enhanced DBS required (including overseas police clearance where applicable) • Right to work in the UK without sponsorship About 1Four1 Recruitment 1Four1 Recruitment is a Crawley-based recruitment agency supporting healthcare providers across the South East.
