Air Conditioning Engineer | Up to £55,000 Basic + Unlimited Overtime | London Work on Prestigious London Projects | Career Progression | Excellent Benefits Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer looking to join a growing company that values its engineers, offers excellent earning potential and genuine career progression? We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established HVAC contractor with an excellent reputation across London. Due to continued growth and new contract wins, they're looking to add an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to their expanding team. You'll work across some of London's most prestigious buildings, including 5-star hotels, high-end residential apartment developments, premium commercial offices, restaurants and leisure complexes throughout London and inside the M25. The Role As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you'll be responsible for: * Servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of air conditioning systems. * Fault finding and reactive breakdown repairs. * Carrying out small installation and remedial works where required. * Working across a variety of prestigious commercial and residential sites. * Delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service. * Working as part of a supportive engineering team with full technical and office support. What We're Looking For * Minimum 5 years' experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer. * Valid F-Gas Category 1 (2079) certification (essential). * NVQ or City & Guilds in Air Conditioning & Heat Pump Systems (desirable, but training can be provided). * Experience with servicing and fault finding on a range of air conditioning systems. * Previous supervisory experience, or the ambition to progress into a supervisory role. * Full UK Driving Licence. Salary & Benefits * Basic salary up to £55,000, depending on experience. * Unlimited overtime paid at time + ¾. * Paid travel. * Additional travel allowance for engineers living further from London. * 1 in 10 standby rota with a £100 standby allowance. * 24 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays. * Company van and fuel card. * Company pension. * Full benefits package. * Genuine opportunities to progress into a Senior Engineer or Supervisor position.
