Children’s Residential Support Worker Near Matlock Established Home – Under New Management An established children’s home is expanding under new management and now recruiting Children’s Residential Support Workers to join a highly child‑focused team. The home currently supports one child and is growing to three, offering a nurturing, rural environment where young people can feel safe, valued and supported. Whilst experience of working in a children's residential setting s prefered, we also welcome applications from candidates who have worked with children under 18 in other teaching or supportive living settings. This beautiful countryside home provides a stable, therapeutic setting with a passionate management team who prioritise emotional safety, consistency and child‑centred practice. With planned expansion already underway, we offer excellent career development for both Support Workers. What We Offer * Excellent pay rates - £13.50 - £14.00 for Support Workers * £65 per sleep in * Bonuses & Blue Light Card * Comprehensive training and ongoing support * Clear career progression as the home expands * A warm, child‑focused management team * Stunning rural working environment About the Role As a Children’s Residential Support Worker you will: * Provide nurturing, structured care to children with emotional and behavioural needs * Support daily routines, independence and positive outcomes * Maintain high‑quality safeguarding, recording and documentation * Work therapeutically within a stable, rural home Requirements * Passion for supporting children * Calm, resilient and child‑focused approach * Experience of working with Children's in an Ofsted regulated environment * NVQ Level 3 (preferred but not essential) * Full UK driving licence * Willingness to work within a therapeutic, rural setting Join Us This is an exciting time to join an established home entering a new phase of growth.
