We are currently recruiting Machine Operatives to join a busy manufacturing team based in Newcastle-under-Lyme. This is a temporary position with assignments reviewed on a daily basis. The role involves assembly, working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment and operating press machine. Key Responsibilities * Assembling components and finished products * Operating machinery * Carrying out manual handling duties safely * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment * Following health and safety procedures at all times Requirements * Minimum 6 months experience within a manufacturing, production, or similar environment is desirable * Good attention to detail * Ability to work effectively as part of a team * Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic * Comfortable working in a physically demanding role Working Hours Rotational Shift Pattern Week 1 * Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 2:00pm * Friday: 6:00am - 1:00pm Week 2 * Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm - 10:00pm * Friday: 2:00pm - 8:00pm Apply Today If you are looking for a hands-on production role with immediate opportunities available and full training provided, we'd love to hear from you.
