Accredited FLT Counterbalance Driver – Trafford Park Aspired Talent is recruiting for an Accredited FLT Counterbalance Driver to join one of our exclusive key clients in Trafford Park. Pay & Benefits Potential earnings of up to £15.69 per hour Weekly pay Attendance bonus of £0.50 per hour, paid monthly for every shift attended Long-term, secure employment Full training provided Shift Pattern You must be able to work a 4 on, 6 off rotating shift pattern: 2 x Days, 6:30am - 6.30pm 2 x Nights 6:30pm - 6.30am Followed by 6 days off This shift pattern offers an excellent work-life balance while providing consistent, ongoing work. The Role Working within a busy paper manufacturing environment, your duties will include: Operating an FLT Counterbalance safely and efficiently Feeding large paper reels and bales into production lines Using a 4-fork Counterbalance forklift to manoeuvre large paper bales Supporting production operations Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks Following all health and safety procedures Working as part of a reliable and professional team Full training will be provided on the site processes and specialist equipment. Requirements A valid accredited FLT Counterbalance licence is essential In-house FLT licences cannot be accepted Previous Counterbalance FLT experience is preferred Ability to work the 4 on, 6 off rotating shift pattern A positive attitude with a strong commitment to safety and reliability
