Assistant Construction Manager / Construction Manager Hotel Fit-Out Project | Excellent Day Rate | Immediate Start We're looking for an experienced Assistant Construction Manager / Construction Manager to join a main contractor delivering a high-quality hotel fit-out project based in the West End. With 12 weeks remaining until handover, this role requires a hands-on individual who can take ownership of site activities, drive subcontractors, and ensure multiple floors are completed to programme and the highest standard. Key Responsibilities * Managing day-to-day site operations * Coordinating subcontractors and trades * Driving progress across several floors to completion * Monitoring quality, health & safety, and programme * Reporting into the Project Manager and wider site team * Assisting with snagging, commissioning and handover activities Requirements * Previous experience working on hotel, fit-out, refurbishment or commercial projects * Experience for a main contractor * Strong organisational and communication skills * Ability to push works through to completion and meet deadlines * Valid CSCS Card (essential) What's on Offer? * Excellent rate of pay * Opportunity to work on a prestigious hotel project * Immediate start available * Potential for further work upon successful completion If you're an experienced Assistant Construction Manager or Site Manager available to start at short notice, we'd be keen to hear from you
