The role combines relationship leadership, credit expertise and business development, with scope to influence clients and mentor developing Relationship Managers. Key Responsibilities • Build and grow long-term relationships with mid-market corporate clients. • Identify commercial opportunities and deliver tailored banking solutions. • Manage portfolio performance, credit quality and regulatory risk. • Mentor Associate Relationship Managers and contribute to service innovation. About You • Substantial corporate banking experience with strong credit and financial modelling capability. • Sector experience across TMT, Healthcare, Professional & Business Services, Manufacturing or Consumer. • Proven experience managing corporate relationships, portfolios and commercial opportunities.
