MULTIPLE BANK FIT OUTS - LEEDS AND SHEFFIELD - PREVIOUS BANK EXPERIENCE PREFERRED* We're Hiring: Freelance Fitout Site Manager Location: Leeds/ Sheffield Sectors: Banks Project Types: Fitout Dayrate: £280 - £300 a day Duration: Ongoing projects (short term, ongoing) Fawkes & Reece are hiring for multiple Freelance Fitout Site Managers for a number of upcoming banking fit out projects based in Leeds and Sheffield. Previous banking experience is essential. We have projects on both day and night shifts. Job responsibilities of the Freelance Fitout Site Manager: Manage bank fit out projects. Ensure projects are on-time and to client specification. Report directly to the Project Manager and liaise with head office. Manage contractors and subcontractors on-site daily. Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards. Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives. Flexible with which projects you take.Required Qualifications/Experience for the Freelance Site Manager: Experience working within banking/ retail fitout/ refurb.
