Responsibilities * Provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care to patients and residents. * Assess, monitor, and document patients' health and wellbeing. * Administer medication and treatments in accordance with care plans and clinical guidelines. * Monitor, observe, and accurately record patients' progress and clinical conditions. * Ensure nursing care plans are followed and updated appropriately. * Work collaboratively with doctors, healthcare professionals, families, and other members of the healthcare team. * Provide one-to-one nursing care and support where required. * Recognise and report any changes in patients' conditions and escalate concerns appropriately. * Maintain high standards of patient safety, infection control, and professional nursing practice.
