Head of Capital Projects – Data Centres Germany based €90k - €135k + Senior benefits Trevett Services are delighted to be partnering with a leading Maintenance Service Provider to make the key appointment of Head of Capital Projects to deliver complex M&E projects across their European Data Centre portfolio. Based in Germany, with a regional responsibility for Austria and Switzerland, the Head of Capital Projects will lead on a number Capital Asset Replacement Projects which typically range in value €500k - €5m. Additional Key Responsibilities: * Leading and guiding the Project Managers reporting into the regional structure. * Winning new work and developing client opportunities. * Solutioning project requirements. * Taking responsibility for project delivery. * Owning the commercial performance and Regional P&L. About you: * You will have previously held senior positions: Head of Projects / Project Director * You will be qualified in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering * Experience of managing multi-country complex and time-sensitive projects (Data Centres) * Experience of managing large P&Ls. * Experience of managing a complex array of stakeholders.
