We’re looking for a hard-working, reliable person to join our production team making ink and varnish. No experience needed — we’ll train you properly. What matters more is how you show up: on time, doing the job right, and treating your colleagues, your work, and the equipment you’re using with respect. The role: Operate production equipment used in ink and varnish manufacturing Maintain the quality and hygiene standards our customers depend on Follow processes properly — not cut corners Work cleanly and look after the equipment you use Full training provided; you bring the attitude and work ethic What we’re looking for: Someone reliable — turns up, does the job, no drama Respect for people, for the work, and for the tools/equipment Willingness to learn and follow instruction No experience required What you get: Monday–Friday, (Apply online only) - 40 hrs per week 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays Company pension Private healthcare after 1 year Free onsite parking Salary starting from £26,436.80
