Warehouse Operative Location: Burton Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts Start Time: Between 7:00am and 11:00am Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Burton. This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday role offering consistent weekday hours and an 8-hour shift pattern. You will play an important part in ensuring the smooth running of our warehouse, helping with the movement, preparation and organisation of stock while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. Key Responsibilities * Receiving, checking and storing incoming stock * Picking and packing customer orders accurately * Loading and unloading goods * Moving stock safely around the warehouse * Preparing orders for dispatch * Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised * Following health and safety procedures at all times * Completing basic warehouse paperwork and stock checks * Working as part of a team to meet daily targets * Carrying out any other reasonable warehouse duties as required About You We are looking for someone who is: * Reliable, punctual and hardworking * Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse environment * Able to work independently as well as part of a team * Organised and able to follow instructions * Comfortable working to deadlines and targets * Positive and willing to learn * Experienced in a warehouse environment is advantageous, but full training can be provided Working Hours * Monday to Friday * 8-hour shifts * Start times available between 7:00am and 11:00am * No regular weekend working What We Offer * Monday-to-Friday working pattern * Consistent 8-hour shifts * Training and support provided * Friendly team environment * Opportunities for ongoing development * Stable, full-time employment If you're reliable, motivated and looking for a Monday-to-Friday warehouse role in Burton, we'd love to hear from you.
