Nursery Nurse Location: Sutton, London Salary: £90 - £110 per day, depending on qualifications and experience. Contract: Full-time, long-term temporary Start date: 19/10/2026 Hours: Term time, 8:30am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday. Support the small discoveries that make Early Years work so rewarding. Transparency Education is looking for two Nursery Nurses for opportunities in Sutton. You will help children feel secure, practise new skills and enjoy learning through play. We are seeking practitioners who can balance lively activities with patient support for care routines, communication and emotional development. Responsibilities • Set up inviting play activities indoors and outdoors • Encourage early language, social interaction and confidence • Support toileting, meals and other personal care routines • Observe children’s interests and share developmental observations • Maintain safe resources and communicate sensitively with families Requirements • A relevant Level 3 Early Years or childcare qualification • Practical nursery or Early Years experience • Understanding of the EYFS and age-appropriate development • A caring, dependable approach and strong teamwork • An enhanced DBS check appropriate to the role, or willingness to complete one.
