️ Practice Development Lawyer (PDL) | Real Estate | London I’m working with a leading international law firm looking to appoint a Practice Development Lawyer (PDL) into their Real Estate team. Given how candidate-short the PDL market is, the team are open-minded - this could suit an experienced Real Estate lawyer looking to step away from fee earning, or an established PDL ready for a new platform. ✨ The Role A strategic, high-impact position supporting the wider Real Estate group: * Advising on technical legal queries * Leading on legal research and tracking developments * Producing client briefings and thought leadership * Delivering training (internal & client-facing) * Managing and evolving precedents and know-how * Drafting practice notes * Supporting innovation and process improvement projects * Working closely with fee earners to stay aligned with the market * Identifying and mitigating risk issues * Managing third-party providers About You * England & Wales qualified with strong Real Estate experience * Existing PDL/PSL experience or a genuine interest in moving into a knowledge role * Experience contributing to know-how, training or client content * Commercially aware with a strong understanding of the property market * Confident collaborating across teams and seniority levels What’s on Offer * Join a top-tier international firm * A visible, strategic role within the team * High-quality work and exposure * Supportive, forward-thinking environment * Competitive package + strong benefits Why consider this move?
