We are seeking reliable, safety-conscious Food Production Operatives with experience in machine operation to join a busy food manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who take pride in delivering high-quality products and maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards to gain a permanent role. Shifts: Mon-Fri days & nights 6-6 Pay: £13.18-£15.25 Location: Deeside Industrial Estate Key responsibilities: - Operate, monitor and adjust production machinery to meet output and quality targets - Set up machines and perform routine checks, cleaning and basic maintenance as required - Follow production schedules and accurately complete production and quality records - Adhere to food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times - Identify and report faults or quality issues promptly and support continuous improvement activities - Work effectively as part of a team and communicate with supervisors and colleagues - Pack products into boxes, stacking and palletising as required Essential skills and attributes: - Proven experience in machine operation within a manufacturing or food production environment - Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards - Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, procedures and checklists - Willingness to undergo site-specific training and food hygiene courses Desirable: - Basic understanding of food safety systems (e.g. HACCP) and GMPs - Experience with basic machine troubleshooting and maintenance Why you should work for HRGO Easy online registration, can be done from home Modern online portal for viewing holiday accrual, documents and payslips 28 days holiday pay Pension contributions Onsite parking Temp to perm positions Competitive pay Weekly payPlease register on the HRGO website then call us for an immediate interview
