WAREHOUSE OPERATIVES WANTED — EARLY SHIFT  Northampton   Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:00pm   £12.71–£14.24 per hour Start early. Finish early.  Looking for a role where your hard work is recognised and your pay can grow? We’re looking for reliable and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our Northampton team on a Monday–Friday early shift.  Earn more as you progress Your starting rate is £12.71 per hour, with incremental pay progression taking you up to £14.24 per hour.  What will you be doing? You’ll be an important part of the warehouse operation, helping to keep everything moving efficiently. Your day could include: • Picking and packing orders • Loading and unloading goods • Moving stock safely around the warehouse • Checking products and maintaining accuracy • Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe • Working as part of a supportive team to hit daily targets  What we're looking for We’re looking for people who are: ✅ Reliable and punctual  ✅ Comfortable working at pace  ✅ Physically capable of warehouse work  ✅ Team players with a positive attitude  ✅ Keen to learn and develop Previous warehouse experience is useful, but attitude, reliability and willingness to work hard are what really matter.
