Mechanical Supervisor - Data Centre Project- Bracknell The Shore Group are recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a major Data Centre project in Bracknell. This is a long-term opportunity for a supervisor with a strong background in mechanical services within mission-critical or Data Centre environments. The Role Working on a large-scale Data Centre project, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating mechanical subcontractors across multiple packages, including: * Ventilation * Pipework * Air Conditioning * Mechanical Services Installations Please note, this is not a direct labour or man-management supervisory role. You will be managing subcontractor activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme requirements. Requirements * Minimum 3 years' experience in a Mechanical Supervisor position * Valid CSCS & SSSTS * Previous Data Centre experience is essential * Strong understanding of mechanical building services installations * Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and work packages * Excellent communication and organisational skills Contract Details * 6-month rolling contract * Immediate start available * 45-50 hours per week * Monday to Friday, 07:30am - 16:30/17:00pm * CIS / Ltd Company contractors accepted (Outside IR35) If you are an experienced Mechanical Supervisor with Data Centre experience and are available for your next long-term contract opportunity, we'd like to hear from you.
