The role involves adapting the curriculum to meet EHCP outcomes, monitoring progress, promoting independence and creating a calm, structured environment where pupils can thrive. You will work closely with teaching assistants, therapists and pastoral staff to support both academic and personal development. You must have strong behaviour management skills.
