KS1 Primary Teacher – Hitchin Educators Connected Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fantastic primary school in Hitchin that is looking for a passionate and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join their team. This is a wonderful opportunity for a teacher who enjoys creating an engaging classroom and wants to work within a supportive, welcoming and child-centred environment. The Role As a KS1 Teacher, you will: * Plan and deliver engaging KS1 lessons * Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment * Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development * Encourage confidence, independence and curiosity * Monitor and assess pupil progress * Adapt learning to meet individual needs * Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents * Contribute positively to the wider school community The Ideal Candidate We welcome applications from qualified and experienced teachers as well as Early Career Teachers (ECTs). You will ideally have: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an ECT working towards/holding QTS * Experience teaching or a strong interest in Key Stage 1 * A good understanding of the KS1 curriculum * Strong classroom and behaviour management skills * A creative, enthusiastic and committed approach * Excellent communication and organisational skills * A genuine passion for supporting children's learning Why Apply?
