A client of ours in the Newmarket area are recruiting an Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time temporary-permanent position working Monday - Thursday 8:45am - 5:00pm and Friday 8:45am - 1:30pm, paying £13.00 - £14.00 per hour depending on experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator who would like to develop their career and gradually move into a sales-focused role. Full product knowledge will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone who is confident, organised and keen to learn within a specialist industry. Your key duties in this Administrator role will include but are not limited to: Providing general administrative support to the team Handling customer enquiries and assisting with day-to-day customer communication Preparing quotations, processing orders and maintaining accurate records Supporting the sales process and ensuring customer requirements are dealt with efficiently Working closely with management to support the day-to-day running of the business Learning the company's specialist products and services Gradually taking on additional sales responsibilities as your product knowledge and confidence develops Working independently and taking ownership of your workloadSkills and Experience required to be considered for this role: Previous office-based administration experience is essential Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail Confident communication and customer service skills A positive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your workload Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essentialIf you feel like you meet the above criteria and would like to be considered for this Administrator position, please apply with your CV #accountsjobs
