Our fantastic family-run, property industry client based in Bishops Cleeve have a new opportunity for a proactive, personable and highly organised Property Manager to become a valued member of their close-knit team, on a full-time permanent basis. Property experience is not essential for this position, as full training and ongoing support will be provided. This could be a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in customer service, hospitality, retail, administration or another fast-paced, people-focused environment looking to develop their career within the property industry. There will be opportunities to undertake ARLA qualifications, with support and funding provided! The ideal candidate will be highly organised, confident communicating with people and enjoys problem-solving. Responsibilities: -Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors and applicants -Handle enquiries and provide excellent customer service -Organise and coordinate repairs and maintenance works -Arrange property inspections, visits and check-outs -Maintain accurate and up-to-date records -Support tenancy renewals, agreements and related administration -Market available properties and conduct viewings -Monitor property compliance requirements, including safety certificates and inspections Candidate Attributes: -Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers and colleagues -Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining excellent organisation -Ability to provide a high level of customer service -Identify and resolve problems using a practical approach -Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude Please note, you must hold a full UK driving licence. Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays, 9am – 1pm Salary & Benefits: -£25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience -Quarterly bonuses of up to £400 -Company pension -Support and funding towards ARLA qualifications -20 days annual leave + bank holidays with additional time off over Christmas and New Year -Regular team socials and outings -Friendly and supportive working environment
