Warehouse Pickers and Packers – Immediate Starts Available Location: Skelmersdale (WN8) Hourly Rate: £13.00 – £13.65 per hour Full-Time, Ongoing and Immediate Work, Weekly or Monthly Pay Looking for a stable, full-time role with consistent hours and a modern working environment? We’re recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established distribution centre in Skelmersdale. With immediate starts available, full training provided, and long-term opportunities, this is a great chance to secure ongoing work. What you’ll get: £13.00 p/h between 06:00-18:00, £13.65 p/h between 18:00-06:00 Full-time hours every week, no zero-hour uncertainty Ongoing, long-term work Clean, modern warehouse environment Supportive team and structured onboardingShift Pattern: Initial weeks: Mon-Fri, 06:00-14:00 Then moving to: 4 on, 4 off, 13:00-00:30 What you’ll be doing: Picking and packing customer orders Sorting and handballing stock if required Using picking equipment and warehouse technology Meeting daily targets in a fast-paced environment Maintaining high standards of health & safety What we’re looking for: Previous warehouse experience is helpful, but not essential Reliable, punctual and able to work full-time hours Comfortable working in a target-driven environment Team player with a positive attitudeImportant As part of the onboarding process, candidates will be required to complete standard drug and alcohol screening in line with site safety requirements and provide two recent employment references. If you’re interested in this role, please click apply now
