Electrical Project Manager Location: Manchester - Hospital / Healthcare SitesSector: Electrical Building Services / HealthcareEmployment Type: Permanent OR Fixed-Term / Temporary Contract – 18 MonthsSalary: £60 - 70K DOE About the Company Our client is an established building services contractor delivering electrical works across commercial and healthcare environments. They are currently supporting a programme of works across hospital sites in Manchester and are looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Project Manager to support the delivery of these projects. Role Overview The Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for managing electrical projects across live hospital and healthcare sites in Manchester. The role will primarily involve the managementof LED lighting upgrades alongside general electrical works across multiple Trust sites. Key Responsibilities • Manage electrical projects across hospital and healthcare sites • Oversee the delivery of LED lighting upgrade projects • Manage general electrical works across Trust sites • Coordinate and manage project activity within live hospital environments • Support the delivery of electrical works across multiple project locations Requirements • Previous experience managing electrical projects • Previous experience working within live hospital or healthcare environments is ideally required • Experience managing LED lighting upgrades and/or general electrical works within relevant project environments #INDPERM
