Site Manager Truro Salary: £60 000 - £64 000 + Car allowance Permanent | Full-Time About the Role We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Site Manager to lead an upcoming residential build in Truro. Core Responsibilities * Take total ownership of day-to-day site operations, managing the build from inception to completion. * Oversee subcontractors and trades, ensuring adherence to design specifications for disabled adaptations and accessibility features. * Drive site safety, environmental compliance, and quality standards across all phases of construction. * Manage site inductions, tool-box talks, RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements), and progress reporting. * Coordinate material deliveries, scheduling, and sequencing to maintain momentum on a detailed build. Requirements & Qualifications * Proven track record working as a residential Site Manager * Valid SMSTS and First Aid at Work * Strong technical understanding of detailed architectural drawings * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities on site.
