You'll be supporting pupils with Autism, Speech & Language needs and communication difficulties, helping them access learning through structured interventions, sensory activities and personalised support. The Role: Supporting pupils in Reception to Year 3 Working closely with teachers, therapists and SENCO Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions Creating a positive, nurturing learning environment We are looking for: Experience supporting SEND (preferred but not essential) Psychology graduates welcomed Patient, resilient and proactive individuals Full-time availabilityWhy Tradewind?
