PROJECT MANAGER – INDUSTRIAL BUILD – SHEFFIELD Permanent / Freelance | Sheffield | Industrial / Groundworks / Civils Tech Search Solutions are working with a contractor looking for an experienced Project Manager to take control of an industrial shed build in Sheffield. This isn't a straightforward shed job. The project is on a challenging site with a significant engineering and groundworks element, so we're looking for someone who understands what's happening on the ground and can confidently manage the job from an engineering perspective. What we're looking for: * Strong Project Manager with an engineering background * Good knowledge of groundworks, civils and site engineering * Previous experience delivering industrial sheds / steel frame buildings * Comfortable working on technically challenging sites * Able to manage programme, subcontractors, site teams and client expectations * Strong on H&S, quality and commercial awareness * Someone who can get involved, solve problems and keep the job moving You'll need to be confident managing the project day-to-day, but the key thing here is having the technical understanding and engineering knowledge to deal with the challenges the site will throw up.
