Freelance Assistant Site Manager – Planned Maintenance Location: London Rate: £240–£270 per day CIS Contract: Freelance We’re working with an established contractor specialising in social housing, planned maintenance and external refurbishment across London. They’re looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of large-scale external planned maintenance programmes, including external decorations, minor works, roof maintenance and repairs. You’ll assist with managing subcontractors and site teams, monitoring progress and quality, maintaining health & safety standards, and liaising with clients and residents.
