Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working with an exceptional manufacturing company to recruit for a enthusiastic and motivated person to join there ambitious Customer Service team This role is responsibility for Customer Satisfaction and Query Resolution. Daily duties · Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner. · Process returns and provide updates to customers. · Handle customer complaints, investigate issues, and provide effective solutions. · Work closely with the production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure customer needs are met. · Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. · Complaint handling. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a manufacturing or industrial environment as a sales Administrator / Customer services Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 4.30pm and Friday 8.30am – 4pm Salary - £27,000 with a Companywide bonus scheme · 25 days annual leave with lots of benefits such as life insurance, discount gym membership and enhanced family friendly policies!
