We are working with a major player who are operating within Technical Engineering and Construction space, throughout the UK & Europe. This role will see your focus on a MW Data Centre in the Nordics. You will have a practical approach to management that allows you to grow a thriving commercial team. You will collaborate with clients & the supply chain to ensure you're across all the commercial activities. Can you show commercial nouse and clear contract awareness, to lead and drive a successful commercial team? This will allow you a clear pathway into the Group Commercial Director. Your Role: * A focus on financial and project success * A decision maker in a fast-paced environment * Build strong Team and Client Relationships * Travelling to meet business needs Experience Needed: * BSc Quantity Surveying * Based in EU or UK (ideally due to mobilisation and Visas) * Clear background across Main Contracting * Open to travel is a must * Experienced in FIDIC & JCT
