Lettings Co-Ordinator Wakefield | Flexible Hours | Evenings & Weekends Required Are you someone who likes to be on the move, takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, and thrives in a role where no two shifts are the same? We're recruiting on behalf of a well-respected school in Wakefield for a Lettings Co-Ordinator who will play a vital role in ensuring the school's facilities are safe, secure and ready to welcome community groups, sports clubs and event users outside of school hours. This is far more than a key-holding role. You'll be the go-to person on-site, helping to coordinate lettings, supporting events, maintaining security and delivering a professional experience for all visitors. What You'll Be Doing Managing and supporting out-of-hours lettings and school events. Opening, closing and securing the premises as a designated key holder. Acting as the first point of contact for hirers and visitors. Maintaining a safe, secure and welcoming environment across the site. Carrying out health & safety checks and reporting any issues. Setting up rooms and facilities, including moving equipment and furniture. Responding to site incidents and resolving issues quickly and effectively. What We're Looking For A reliable, proactive and self-motivated individual. Someone who enjoys a hands-on role and can work independently. Strong communication and customer service skills. A flexible approach to evening and weekend working. Previous experience in caretaking, facilities, site supervision, security or lettings would be advantageous. Why Apply?
