COVER SUPERVISORS WANTED – COLLEGES ACROSS ESSEX Are you passionate about education and looking for a rewarding role supporting students? We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to work in colleges across Essex. The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will play an important role in maintaining continuity of learning by supervising students in the absence of their regular teacher. You will support a positive learning environment, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure students remain engaged with their work. What We're Looking For * Experience working with young people or in an educational setting (desirable). * Excellent classroom management and communication skills. * A confident, calm, and professional approach. * Reliability, flexibility, and a genuine commitment to supporting students. * Ability to work independently and as part of a wider school or college team.
