Registered Manager – Brand-New Children's Home Location: Birmingham Salary: £50,000–£60,000 + Bonus (subject to confirmation) Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Help create a place that young people can truly call home. JP Healthcare Recruitment is working with a provider developing two new children's homes in Birmingham for young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). With C2 planning permission approved and renovations underway, we're looking for a passionate Registered Manager to help bring this vision to life. The Opportunity You'll have the opportunity to: * Play a key role in establishing and developing a new children's home. * Build and lead a compassionate, committed staff team. * Create a nurturing, child-centred environment. * Ensure the service meets Ofsted and regulatory requirements. * Develop a culture where both young people and staff can thrive. About You We're keen to speak with candidates who have: * Experience in children's residential care management. * A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or are working towards it where appropriate. * Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding. * Experience supporting young people with EBD. * A genuine passion for improving children's lives.
