Foot Mobile Electrical Reactive Engineer Location: Central London Salary: £48,000 + Zone 1 & 2 Travel Card Hours: Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 17:00 Alice Rose Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a leading Building Services provider, currently recruiting for an experienced Foot Mobile Electrical Reactive Engineer to join their established engineering team covering a portfolio of prestigious commercial properties across Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Engineer who enjoys the variety of working across multiple sites, carrying out reactive maintenance and fault finding within high-profile commercial buildings. The Role As a Foot Mobile Electrical Reactive Engineer, you will be responsible for responding to reactive maintenance works across a portfolio of commercial properties. You will diagnose faults, carry out repairs and ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities * Reactive maintenance across commercial electrical systems * Fault finding and diagnosis of electrical building services * Lighting, emergency lighting and small power repairs * Electrical testing and minor installation works * Distribution boards, control panels and 3-phase systems * Completing maintenance reports and job sheets * Liaising with clients and site management * Ensuring all works comply with current Health & Safety regulations Requirements * NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installations (or equivalent) * Experience within commercial building maintenance * Strong electrical fault-finding skills * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Ability to work independently across multiple sites Package * £48,000 Basic Salary * Zone 1 & 2 Travel Card * Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 * Overtime Available * Company Pension * Uniform & PPE * Ongoing Training and Career Development If you're an experienced Electrical Engineer looking for a varied foot mobile role with a leading Building Services provider, we'd love to hear from you
