Site Supervisor – Highways We're working with a well-established Tier 1 contractor delivering major highways infrastructure work across the region. They're looking to bring a Site Supervisor into their team, based out of a well-connected regional office. This is a site-based role covering live highways schemes of varying scale and duration — from short, fast-turnaround projects through to longer-term works. You'll be responsible for day-to-day supervision on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme, and to the right standard. What we're looking for: * Proven highways/civils supervisory experience * SMSTS and valid CSCS card * A National Highways passport would be an advantage but isn't essential * Willingness to travel occasionally outside the core region, though this is rare What's on offer: * Competitive salary plus strong monthly package * A business genuinely known for investing in its people * Clear progression opportunities for the right candidate
