Based in Bicester our client is looking for a Bookkeeper to join their team working 37.5 hours per week. Supporting the day-to-day transaction processing and with month-end close, you will be focused on accurate posting of customer payments, supplier invoices and expenses using Xero accounting software. Offering £35,000 per annum. Duties of the Bookkeeper: * Post customer payments, instalments and overpayments. * Update cashflow spreadsheets and maintain accurate income. * Process sales, refunds and membership invoices. * Manage card expenses, ensuring receipts and classifications are completed. * Reconciliation of Bank Accounts, credit cards and supplier balances monthly. * Support with month end, providing relevant documentation. Experience: * Previous bookkeeping skills. * Experience using Xero is desirable but not required. * Excellent attention to detail. * Strong communication skills. * Confident on computers.
