As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customer queries, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. Based in Oldham, you'll play a key role in helping delivering excellent service to our client customer base. Client Details A manufacturing organisation based in Oldham. Description Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email. Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues promptly. Logging and updating customer details in the system. Escalating more complex issues to the relevant team or department. Assisting with general administrative tasks related to customer service.Profile A successful Customer Service Advisor should have: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset. Experience in handling customer queries. Good organisational skills and attention to detail. Basic proficiency in using computer systems and databases.
