Night Shift Engineer - Client Direct -  Commercial Campus - Excellent Benefits - Barbican - £52,000 Exciting opportunity to work at a commercial campus situated by in Whitechapel. CBW are currently recruiting for a Night Shift Engineer to cover a commercial campus. The successful candidate will be mechanically qualified (C&G or NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This is an ongoing permanent role and pays a yearly salary of £52,000 (including shift allowance) + excellent benefits based on qualifications and experience, inclusive of shift allowance. He or she will be required to carry out mechanical maintenance to the following; Key duties & Responsibilities Carry out all aspects of M&E maintenance Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution) Emergency lighting tests Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing) Plumbing - Unblocking toilets BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds) Escort / organise sub contractors Attend client meetings if required Ensure site log books are kept up to date Hours of work 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off 07:00 - 19:00, 19:00pm - 07:00am Package Salary of £48,000 + £4,000 shift allowance 26 shifts holiday 14.5% employer pension contribution Season Ticket Loan On call payment + attendance payment if called out  Requirements Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 3 Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates A proven track record in commercial building maintenance Multi-skilled Good communication skills Please send your CV to Fin@(url removed) or call (phone number removed) and ask for Fin for more Information
