We are looking for professional, reliable and personable individuals to join our security team at a prestigious residential property in Holland Park. No previous residential security experience is required. Full on-site training will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a security background who is looking to move into the residential sector, as well as candidates with the right attitude and customer-service skills who are looking to develop their security career. The position - 12-hour night shifts - 4 nights on / 4 nights off - Permanent position - Holland Park, West London - Full on-site training provided - Professional and prestigious residential environment Your responsibilities - Maintaining a professional security presence throughout the night - Monitoring CCTV and security systems - Controlling access to the property - Carrying out regular security patrols - Responding appropriately to incidents and emergencies - Monitoring visitors, contractors and deliveries - Maintaining accurate security and incident records - Liaising professionally with residents and management - Following site security and emergency procedures - Ensuring the building remains safe and secure throughout the night What we're looking for You do not need previous residential security experience. We are looking for people who are: - SIA licensed - Reliable and punctual - Professional and well presented - Friendly and approachable - Confident communicating with residents and visitors - Calm and composed when dealing with incidents - Observant and security-conscious - Comfortable working independently during night shifts - Willing to learn and follow detailed procedures Full training will be provided on site, including the property's security procedures, systems and day-to-day requirements. Previous experience in security, hospitality, concierge, customer service, military, policing or similar professional environments would be advantageous, but residential security experience is not required
