We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Teacher to join a secondary education setting in Thrapston, starting 28th September on an ongoing basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and supporting pupils across all core subjects, working with secondary-aged students who have Special Educational Needs (SEN) and may have experienced barriers to accessing mainstream education. Role Details: Location: Thrapston, Northamptonshire Start Date: 28th September Duration: Ongoing Role: Teacher Subjects: All core subjects Age Group: Secondary Setting: SEN / Alternative Provision (AP) Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience Previous secondary SEN and/or Alternative Provision (AP) experience is essential Experience teaching across core subjects A calm, patient and adaptable approach Strong behaviour and classroom management skills The ability to build positive relationships with pupils who may have additional needs or challenging behaviour A genuine commitment to supporting pupils to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potentialThis is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about working with young people in a supportive and nurturing SEN/AP environment.
