PDR Technician (Paintless Dent Repair) Up to £50,000 Basic Salary (Depending on Experience) Brand New, Modern, High-Volume Bodyshop Are you an experienced PDR Technician looking for a fresh challenge in a professional, well-equipped bodyshop? We're recruiting on behalf of a large, modern prep centre, offering excellent earning potential, a fantastic working environment and a steady flow of work. You'll be repairing a wide range of vehicles, typically under 6 years old, meaning you'll be working on quality vehicles rather than tired, high-mileage cars. Working alongside an experienced bodyshop team, you'll ensure repairs are completed efficiently while maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship. Your Responsibilities Carry out high-quality paintless dent repairs (PDR) Repair minor dents, door dings and creases Remove larger dents and bodyline damage where possible Use Push to Paint and Push to Prep techniques where appropriate Prepare damaged panels to minimise filler and painting requirements Work closely with the wider bodyshop team Maintain high levels of quality, productivity and attention to detail About You We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys producing first-class repairs. You'll ideally have: Previous experience as a PDR Technician, Dent Repair Technician or Paintless Dent Removal Specialist Excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach Ability to work independently and within a busy workshop team A positive attitude and strong work ethic
