Production Operatives Location: Bridgwater Hours: Full Time | 6.00am - 2.00pm / 2.00pm - 10.00pm shift rotation Salary: Competitive salary + bonuses Key Responsibilities of a Production Operative: * Perform visual inspections of all products. * Operate various production machinery, including weighing, mixing, and pressing equipment. * Conduct quality checks throughout the production process. * Carry out all operations as outlined in production paperwork and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Maintain a clean and organised work area at all times. * Work flexibly and be willing to be transferred to other production areas as needed. * Perform all work activities in accordance with health and safety requirements. * Maintain a high standard of punctuality and attendance. * Work well under the pressure of deadlines.
