Interim Project Supervisor – York Nights – £300 per shift (outside IR35) Trevett Services are working with a leading contractor to source an Interim Night Project Supervisor for an ongoing contract paying £300 per shift (outside IR35). Supporting the Project Management Team, the Night Project Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a number contractors delivering small M&E / Building projects from £50k – £2m. Projects will primarily consist of refurbishment, Alteration, and Fit-Out projects as well as various small “Building Projects”. Key Responsibilities: * Liaise with key stakeholders on their requirements to explain feasibility of projects. * Work with the Project Team & Sub-contractors to define and document scopes of work. * Review all project information and implement a project delivery phase plan. * Engage with sub-contractors under the correct commercial terms. About you: * You will hold a valid SMSTS or SSSTS Card * You will have a valid First Aid certificate * You will have experience of building and M&E small works projects * You must be willing to work nights My client is looking for a well organised Night Project Supervisor with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
