Planning & Supply Chain Manager £70,000–£75,000 per annum plus benefits Yeovil, Somerset What if your next Supply Chain role wasn't about maintaining the status quo but actually changing it? I'm delighted to be working exclusively with a growing international engineering business to recruit a newly created Planning & Supply Chain Manager position. This is far more than a traditional planning or procurement role. You'll have genuine influence over how the business operates, helping transform a reactive manufacturing environment into a planned, lean and scalable operation. You'll take ownership of: 🔹 Production & capacity planning 🔹 Materials & procurement coordination 🔹 MRP/ERP and production data 🔹 Lean & continuous improvement 🔹 Inventory and supply chain efficiency 🔹 Cross-functional planning across Sales, Production & Engineering We're looking for someone from a manufacturing, engineering, machinery, automation, capital equipment or engineered-products environment, with strong planning/supply chain experience and a genuine appetite for improvement.
