TIG Welder Fabricator Location: Bedford Salary: Up to £19 per hour + Overtime Hours: 40 hours per week Job Type: Permanent MLR Construction & Engineering are currently recruiting for experienced TIG Welder Fabricators to join an established engineering business based in the Bedford area. We're looking for skilled fabricators who have a strong background in TIG welding and general fabrication, with at least 3 years' relevant experience. The Role As a TIG Welder Fabricator, you will be responsible for carrying out TIG welding and fabrication work to a high standard, working from drawings and producing quality fabricated components. Experience working on conveyors would be highly desirable, although this is not essential. Key Responsibilities TIG welding to a high standard General fabrication and assembly Working from engineering drawings Measuring, marking out and preparing materials Cutting, forming and fitting components Ensuring finished work meets required quality standards Working safely and maintaining a clean and organised workspace Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience as a TIG Welder/Fabricator Strong TIG welding experience Full fabrication skillset Ability to read and work from engineering drawings Good understanding of fabrication processes Strong attention to detail and quality Conveyor fabrication experience is desirable Ability to work independently and as part of a team What's on Offer Up to £19 per hour 40-hour working week Permanent position Established engineering environment Opportunity to develop your skills and experience If you're an experienced TIG Welder Fabricator looking for your next opportunity in the Bedford area, we'd be keen to hear from you.
