Pay: £30,000.00-£42,000.00 per year Job Description: The work is varied as you will be carrying out routine maintenance on a variety of machines, including Compressors, Welding Equipment, Press Brakes, Cross bay cranes, Laser cutting equipment and automated stock systems together with a number of other machines. Although the majority of the role will be preventative and reactive maintenance the successful applicant will be required to carry out the ‘mundane’ tasks. To succeed in this position it is essential that you have: * A formal engineering qualification or time served apprenticeship * The ability to read & understand machine manuals * Experience of operating routine/preventative maintenance programme * Experience of general maintenance in a factory environment It would be an advantage if you had: * Electrical qualifications * Fork Lift truck licence * Experience of pneumatics (air lines) * Experience of plumbing * Experience of laying cables We are looking for a reliable, good communicator who is able to work on their own initiative and within a winning production team, taking pride in their work to ensure good results.
