Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance Engineer £40,000-£50,000 per year, depending on experience Company van, fuel card, tools and uniform Full-time, Permanent The Role Our client is a well-established, growing company specialising in commercial and residential air conditioning installation, servicing and maintenance. Continued growth means they are looking for an experienced Service & Maintenance Engineer to join the team. This is a service-focused role covering planned preventative maintenance, fault finding and repairs across a range of systems, with occasional minor installation work. You will have a well-organised workload, supportive management and the stability of a steadily growing company. What You'll Be Doing • Servicing, maintaining and repairing split, multi-split and VRV/VRF systems • Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective, lasting repairs • Completing planned preventative maintenance visits • Responding to reactive breakdown calls • Producing accurate job reports and service documentation • Maintaining high standards of health and safety and customer service • Working professionally with customers and the office team What You'll Bring • Proven experience as an air conditioning service and maintenance engineer • F-Gas Category 1 qualification - essential • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration - preferred • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills • Full UK driving licence • The ability to work independently and manage your own workload • A professional, reliable and customer-focused approach What's On Offer • £40,000-£50,000 per year, depending on experience • Company van, fuel card, tools and uniform • Overtime opportunities • Company pension • Additional leave • Company events • Stable, long-term employment with a growing company • Progression opportunities as the business expands How to Apply Apply with your CV
