Mobile Plumber – London & Home Counties £43,000 – £45,000 + Package Van & Fuel Card Mobile – London & Home Counties Monday – Friday | Permanent I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Plumber to join a well-established FM team, covering a portfolio of commercial sites across London and the Home Counties. This is a great opportunity for a skilled plumber who is looking for a stable, long-term position with plenty of variety. The Role You’ll be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance, alongside basic mechanical plant duties across a range of commercial properties. Your duties will include: * Planned and reactive plumbing maintenance * Fault finding and repairs * Domestic hot and cold-water systems * Toilets, taps, valves, sanitaryware and associated plumbing * Blockages and minor leaks * Pumps and basic mechanical plant * Minor mechanical repairs and maintenance * General PPM and reactive works * Liaising with clients and site teams * Completing maintenance records and job reports The Person We’re looking for someone with: * Strong commercial plumbing experience * Experience working within an FM environment * Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills * Basic mechanical knowledge * Ability to work independently across multiple sites * Full UK driving licence * A professional approach and good customer service skills * NVQ Level 2/3 in plumbing * G3 Qualification would be beneficial £43,000 – £45,000 depending on experience Company van & fuel card provided London & Home Counties
