CNC Machinist Nuneaton | £16.00 p/h Permanent, Full-Time Are you an experienced CNC Machinist looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting on behalf of an established manufacturing company based in Nuneaton for an experienced CNC Machinist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous CNC machining or routing experience, particularly with aluminium and/or acrylic, to join a professional and well-established working environment. An ASAP start is available for the successful candidate. What's on Offer: £16.00 per hour 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm ASAP start available Permanent, full-time position Stable working environment Opportunity to develop your CNC machining skills Working with aluminium and acrylic materials Qualifications Essential: Previous experience operating CNC machinery or routers Experience using 3-axis / 3-way axis CNC routers Previous experience working with aluminium and/or acrylic Ability to work accurately and maintain high standards of quality Excellent attention to detail Ability to follow technical specifications and production requirements Good understanding of workshop health and safety procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and motivated with a strong work ethic Desirable: Previous experience within a manufacturing, engineering, or production environment Experience machining aluminium and/or acrylic Experience interpreting technical drawings or production specifications CNC machining or engineering qualifications Experience carrying out basic quality inspections Experience working to production targets and deadlines Roles & Responsibilities Operating 3-axis / 3-way axis CNC routing machinery Machining components from aluminium and acrylic Setting and operating CNC machinery safely and efficiently Producing components in line with production requirements and specifications Ensuring finished products meet the required quality standards Carrying out quality checks on completed work Identifying and reporting any quality or production issues Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment Following company health and safety procedures at all times Working effectively alongside other members of the production team Supporting production requirements and meeting agreed deadlines Requirements As a CNC Machinist, you will also be expected to: Maintain a clean and organised work area at all times Carry out routine checks on CNC machinery and equipment Handle aluminium, acrylic, and other materials safely and responsibly Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy Maintain high standards of workmanship Follow production instructions and company procedures Demonstrate flexibility to support production requirements when needed Maintain excellent attendance and timekeeping About Regional Recruitment This position is being advertised by Regional Recruitment Ltd, an award-winning independent recruitment agency established in 2008.
